4. Automation and Device Data

OctoAPK is designed to run user-configured automation workflows on your Android device. During active automation, the app may need to process screen state, UI element information, app context, workflow settings, and execution logs to perform the workflow.

The specific data processed depends on the permissions you grant, the workflow you create, the device state, and the app or screen being automated.

  • Visible on-screen text and UI element properties may be processed to understand the current screen during active automation.
  • Element coordinates, screen layout, app package names, activity names, or similar context may be processed to execute taps, swipes, navigation, and other actions.
  • Workflow steps, schedules, templates, status records, and execution logs may be stored locally or processed as needed to provide automation features.
  • Screenshots or screen-related diagnostic information may be processed only when needed for task execution, troubleshooting, or user feedback, depending on the feature.

5. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect

OctoAPK is not designed to collect sensitive information unrelated to the workflows you create. However, because automation interacts with visible screen content, you should avoid running workflows on screens that display sensitive information unless you understand the risk.

  • We do not intentionally collect passwords, PINs, payment card numbers, bank account numbers, or authentication codes.
  • We do not intentionally keylog your device or record keystrokes outside active user-configured automation.
  • We do not intentionally monitor your screen continuously when no workflow is active.
  • We do not intentionally access contacts, call logs, SMS, camera, microphone, or biometric data unless a future feature clearly requests a related permission and you grant it.
  • We do not sell personal information to data brokers.

6. Android Accessibility Service Disclosure

OctoAPK may use Android Accessibility Service solely to execute user-configured automation workflows. This permission may allow the app to read visible UI elements and perform actions such as taps, swipes, scrolling, navigation, and text input.

Accessibility data is used to support the workflow you create and to help determine whether the task should continue, pause, or stop. OctoAPK is not intended to use Accessibility Service to monitor your device without an active workflow or to collect sensitive authentication information.

7. How We Use Information

We use information for legitimate operational, security, support, and product purposes.

  • Providing, maintaining, and improving OctoAPK features.
  • Executing user-configured automation workflows and showing task status or logs.
  • Diagnosing crashes, errors, compatibility issues, and performance problems.
  • Responding to support requests, feedback, and bug reports.
  • Preventing fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, malware distribution, and security incidents.
  • Complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms of Service.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to OctoAPK, subject to their own terms and privacy obligations.

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • Website and server logs may be retained for security, diagnostics, and abuse prevention.

  • Local workflow data remains on your device unless a feature clearly requires syncing, backup, support submission, or cloud processing.
