1. Introduction

Welcome to OctoAPK. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the OctoAPK website, APK package, documentation, and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using OctoAPK, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website, APK, or related services.

2. Service Description

OctoAPK is an Android automation assistant designed to help users record and repeat routine device actions, including taps, swipes, app launches, navigation steps, and scheduled workflows.

OctoAPK operates based on workflows, permissions, and rules configured by you. It is not intended to make independent decisions for you or perform actions that you have not configured.

  • Recording user-defined operation steps and saving them as workflows.
  • Running workflows manually, on a schedule, or in a loop based on user settings.
  • Executing simple Android interactions such as tapping, swiping, opening apps, returning to previous screens, and switching screens.
  • Providing logs, status information, and error states to help users understand task execution.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use OctoAPK. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use OctoAPK only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using OctoAPK, you represent that you have the legal capacity and authority to accept these Terms.

4. Accounts, Downloads, and Purchases

OctoAPK may be available as a direct APK download, through official distribution channels, or through future account-based or paid services.

If accounts, paid licenses, subscriptions, credits, or other paid features are introduced, you are responsible for providing accurate purchase and account information and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Payment terms, renewal terms, refund terms, and taxes may vary depending on the purchase channel. Additional checkout terms may apply when a paid feature is offered.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use OctoAPK only for lawful purposes and only in ways that you are authorized to operate on your own device or within systems where you have permission.

  • Do not use OctoAPK to violate laws, regulations, app terms, platform rules, or third-party rights.
  • Do not use OctoAPK for fraud, unauthorized access, credential abuse, spam, phishing, scraping personal data without consent, or other abusive automation.
  • Do not use OctoAPK to bypass security measures, access controls, paywalls, anti-abuse systems, or authentication requirements.
  • Do not use OctoAPK for automated purchasing, market manipulation, ticket scalping, fake engagement, or other harmful automated activity.
  • Do not distribute malware, modified APKs, misleading downloads, or unsafe versions of OctoAPK.
  • Do not overload, attack, reverse engineer, or interfere with OctoAPK servers, websites, software, or infrastructure.

6. Android Accessibility Service

OctoAPK may require Android Accessibility Service or similar Android permissions to execute automation workflows. These permissions allow the app to understand screen structure and perform user-configured actions.

Accessibility-related permissions are used only to support user-initiated or user-configured automation workflows. You may revoke these permissions at any time through Android Settings, but doing so may prevent automation features from working.

  • Reading visible on-screen UI elements and screen layout during active automation.
  • Performing taps, swipes, scrolling, navigation, text input, or similar user-configured operations.
  • Checking the current app or screen state to determine whether a workflow should continue, pause, or stop.
  • OctoAPK is not intended to monitor your device continuously when no workflow is active.
  • OctoAPK is not intended to keylog passwords, payment credentials, PINs, or other sensitive authentication inputs.

7. Automation Risks and User Responsibility

Device automation has inherent risks. A workflow may fail, run at the wrong time, interact with an unexpected screen, conflict with a third-party app, or produce an unintended result.

You are solely responsible for creating, testing, reviewing, enabling, pausing, and stopping your workflows. You should test workflows carefully before using them repeatedly or relying on them for important tasks.

  • Maintain backups of important data before running automation that may affect files, settings, accounts, or app state.
  • Do not create workflows that could cause financial transactions, account deletion, irreversible changes, or legal consequences unless you fully understand the risk.
  • Stop any workflow immediately if it appears to behave unexpectedly.
  • Make sure your workflows do not violate the rules of any third-party app, website, platform, or service.
  • Third-party apps may change their UI, block automation, restrict accounts, or update their terms in ways that affect OctoAPK workflows.

8. Third-Party Apps and Services

OctoAPK may interact with apps, websites, and services installed on or accessed from your device. OctoAPK is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for those third-party apps or services unless explicitly stated.

Your use of any third-party app or service remains subject to that third party's own terms, privacy policy, account rules, and technical restrictions.

9. Intellectual Property

OctoAPK, including its name, logo, website, software, design, documentation, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use OctoAPK for personal or authorized internal purposes.

  • You may not copy, modify, sell, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or create derivative works from OctoAPK without permission.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • You may not use OctoAPK branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or official distribution without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OctoAPK is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, and accuracy.

We do not guarantee that OctoAPK will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Android device or app, or able to complete every workflow under all screen states, network conditions, device settings, or third-party app versions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OctoAPK and its operators, developers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use OctoAPK.

This limitation includes damages related to unintended automation, data loss, device issues, app crashes, account restrictions, third-party service actions, financial loss, lost profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of use.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid directly to OctoAPK for the relevant product or service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $50 if no payment was made.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OctoAPK and its operators, developers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of OctoAPK, your workflows, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to OctoAPK, downloads, accounts, or related services if we believe there is misuse, security risk, legal risk, fraudulent activity, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

You may stop using OctoAPK at any time. Certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply after termination, including sections related to automation risks, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, and dispute terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the official OctoAPK website with a revised last updated date.

Your continued use of OctoAPK after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith communication.

Any dispute resolution process will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
